Cloud storage can retain the final presentation while losing the alternatives considered, the customer constraints, and the reasons a decision was made. Searchability alone does not restore that context.
Build organizational memory
An internal wiki, connected evidence, durable links, authorship, and version history make knowledge transferable. The goal is not to archive everything, but to preserve what future work needs.
